Hello and welcome to my homepage. I am a fifth year Ph.D. student in Statistics at the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science at the University of Iowa, advised by Prof. Sanvesh Srivastava. I have also had the privilege of collaborating with Prof. Kshitij Khare from University of Florida for my dissertation. My doctoral research is broadly focused on developing computationally efficient Bayesian methodologies for handling complex dependencies in high-dimensional tensor-variate data arising in biomedical and behavioral science applications.
Since July 2024, I have been collaborating with Prof. Himel Mallick from Weill Cornell Medicine. At Mallick Lab, my research includes multimodal data fusion with applications in multi-omics data analyses and multi-study meta-analysis of microbiome networks.
Before coming to Iowa, I graduated with M.Sc. in Statistics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur in 2021, and B.Sc. (Honours) in Statistics from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata in 2019.
